We have a 20 day return policy, provided that the products are unused. Custom blended products are non-refundable because of their one of a kind nature. However, each client is able to try all formulas before buying, and we are glad to make any adjustments to your blend if you find for any reason that you aren't satisfied. Occasional exceptions to our policy may be granted under very special circumstances. Regardless, we ask that you contact us with any of your questions, complaints, or concerns so that we can resolve issues as soon as possible.
Shipping charges are 4.5% of the total product order in the US, or a minimum of $4.00.
